Ummmm y’all, why aren’t more people talking about this book?! It’s totally slept on. I devoured the audio in under a day 🫣 legit couldn’t stop listening. I held off on reading it, I think because the name was a little misleading. I thought it was about a girl who was a princess, warrior and an assassin, I was totally wrong and I’m not mad about it. Our FMC is a Princess, her childhood best friend is the Assassin and a King from another kingdom is the Warrior who she is to be betrothed to.
This book had me in my feels. Her best friend is broken by trauma and the king is broken by war. She is the glue that holds everything together. This is a why choose romance and holy 🥵 I don’t know which I like better the tension between our MMCs or between the FMC and MMCs 🫣
